Your cat(s) may “go” outside of the litter box for any the following reasons:

Location, location, location

The litter box may be in a high-traffic or noisy spot. Something traumatic or unsettling may have happened to your cat(s) while in the litter box and she may be afraid to go back. This is why it’s so important to make sure you place your BREEZE Litter System right next to the old litter box, in exactly the same place your cat(s) is used to going. Box size/style
